Q: How do I make a hospitality booking?

One of our experienced Account Managers will manage your hospitality experience from the first point of contact through to the match itself, and provide you with all the information that you require.
Q: How far in advance can I book a match?
A: All matches are available to purchase as soon as the dates have been announced by the relevant governing body. Customers should note that fixture dates are subject to change due to television commitments, the impact of continental competition dates and cup replays.
Q: How do I pay for hospitality tickets?
A: The Corporate Sales Department offers a range of payment options for your hospitality package. These include invoice, credit card, bank transfer and cheque. Please ask one of our staff members for more information.
Q: When will I receive my hospitality tickets?
A: Tickets are usually posted out within two weeks of the matchday. The Club also offers the opportunity for customers to collect tickets at the stadium on the day of the match.

Q: Where can I collect my tickets?
A: If you have arranged to collect tickets on the day, there are two main collection points.
Guests who are attending hospitality in the East Stand:
- The Lion of Vienna Suite
- Prime Time Hall of Fame Suite
- East Stand Boxes
Please collect tickets from the Tower Entrance.
Guests attending one of the South or West Stand facilities:
- Platinum Suite
- Wanderers Suite
- West Stand Boxes
- South Stand Boxes
- Chairman's Suite
Please collect tickets from the Bolton Wanderers Community Office located on the West Stand.

Q: Are children welcome in the hospitality areas?
A: Guests in the Platinum Suite must be over the age of 10, and guests in the Chairman's Suite must be over the age of 14..
Children of any age are welcome in all other hospitality areas. Please speak to a member of our Corporate Sales Team if you have any specific requirements such as high chairs or for information on our baby changing facilities.
Q: What is the dress code for hospitality areas?
A: Each hospitality area operates a smart casual dress code, with smart jeans and trainers being permitted.
The only restrictions are in relation to away team colours and sportswear which are not allowed in any area.
Guests who are attending the Chairman’s Suite should note that gentlemen are required to wear jacket and tie.
Q: May I bring guests who support away teams?
A: Fans of all Clubs are welcome in the hospitality areas of the stadium. Customers should note, however, that all of our hospitality seating is within the home support sections of the stadium and, as such, any away supporters are expected to behave accordingly.
Q: I have been contacted by a third party company claiming to represent Bolton Wanderers FC - can you confirm if this is correct?
A: The Club works with selected third party organisations to maximise the opportunities to market our products to local businesses and organisations.
